I put together this quick and easy pavlova grazing board just in time for Christmas after spotting a gorgeous one in my Facebook feed! There is no prep involved because I have used all store-bought products, including the pavlova nests. The whole pavlova board cost under $25 to put together, which makes it budget-friendly.
Depending on how many people you have to feed, you could make a large pavlova grazing board or a smaller sized board if you only need to feed a few people. The wooden tray pictured is from Target for $25, and the bowls are from Woolworths in the kitchen section.
What you'll need
- Pavlova nests
- Fruit
- Toppings ( I used caramel sauce, chocolate sauce and passionfruit pulp)
- Sprinkles
- Chocolate
- Whipped cream
How to create the grazing board
Using any size platter or board, place the bowls on first and work your way around by adding the rest of the food.
Make sure you layer the food and fill in any gaps.
If you make one of these grazing boards or platters, make sure you tag me @ohsobusymum so I can share it!
