I know how much everyone loves it when I share my air fryer recipes and cooking posts over on Facebook, so I thought I would start loading them all to the blog. If you don't have an air fryer, get one! Seriously it's the one kitchen appliance that I use nearly every day.
I was making mash potatoes and thought I would keep the skins from it and give it a go in the air fryer and to my surprise, I had crispy potato skins in around 15 minutes. If you make a batch of these, come back and let me know what you think. I'm sure you will love them as much as we did!
