    Roasted Tomato and Feta Pasta

    February 1, 2021 by ohsobusymum 1 Comment

Oh my gosh! This Roasted Tomato and Feta Pasta (aka the famous Tiktok pasta) tastes amazing and it's super easy to make. Trust me when I say that you NEED to try this pasta. I’m not normally a fan of tomato based pasta, but this one is delicious with all the right amount of flavours. I love that the juice from the tomatoes and roasted feta are what makes the sauce for this dish and nothing else is needed.

    Ingredients

    • 2 packets Woolworths branded cherry tomatoes (500 grams)
    • 200g - 300 grams Greek style feta
    • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
    • a good drizzle of olive oil
    • salt, pepper and chilli flakes to taste
    • 300 grams of spaghetti pasta

    Directions

    • Place all the ingredients (except pasta) in a baking dish.
    • Drizzle with oil and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
    • While the tomato mix is baking, cook the spaghetti pasta as per instructions on the packet.
    • Remove the baking dish from the oven and mash the tomatoes and feta together.
    • Add pasta and serve fresh.
    • You can serve with parmesan cheese and basil on top if you would like some extra flavour.

Let me know if you love this pasta dish as much as I do!
