No bake Pull Apart Pavlova Wreath

You only need a few ingredients to make this Christmas pull apart pavlova wreath. The best thing is this pavlova wreath is that it requires no baking! All items can be purchased from the supermarket and put together in just a few minutes, which is my kind of dessert.

    Pavlova pull apart wreath top

My no bake Christmas pavlova wreath went viral last Christmas, so I thought it was time to get it up on the blog to make it a little easier to find. I have used lemon curd instead of passionfruit as it goes perfectly with cream and pavlova, but you could use passionfruit and keep it more of a traditional pavlova if you like.

    Ingredients

    • petite meringues or pavlova nests (2 packs)
    • thickened cream 600mls (add ¼ cup of icing sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla essence to the cream when whipping it)
    • lemon curd (found in the spread aisle)
    • berries
    • mini meringues
    • icing sugar to dust

See the recipe card for quantities.

How to make this Christmas Pavlova Wreath

Pull apart pavlova wreath step 1

Lay out the mini pavlova nests or petite meringues in a wreath shape on a large round platter.

Pull apart pavlova wreath step 2

Using an electric mixer, combine thickened cream, ¼ cup icing sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla essence until thick. Pipe the whipped cream on each of the pavlovas.

Pull apart pavlova wreath step 3

Pipe all of the whipped cream into all of the gaps.

Pull apart pavlova wreath step 5

Top with fresh berries and mini meringues.

Pull apart pavlova wreath step 4

Spoon the lemon curd or passionfruit over the top of the pavlova wreath.

Pull apart pavlova wreath step 6

Sift the icing sugar over the top and serve!

This pavlova is best made and served fresh but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
