Instructions
Lay out the mini pavlova nests or petite meringues in a wreath shape on a large round platter.
Using an electric mixer, combine thickened cream, ¼ cup icing sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla essence until thick. Pipe the whipped cream on each of the pavlovas. Pipe all of the whipped cream into all of the gaps.
Spoon the lemon curd or passionfruit over the top of the pavlova wreath.
Top with fresh berries and mini meringues.
Sift the icing sugar over the top and serve!
