I can't wait for you to try Cottage Pies baked in " bake at home" bread rolls. They make the perfect outer crust and are very easy to make.

I cheated a little to make them even easier to make and used a packet pie and premade mashed potatoes. You can, of course, make all of them from scratch, but I wanted it to be quick and easy.

Ingredients
- bake at home rolls
- shephards or cottage pie mix
- beef mince
- frozen mixed vegetables
- mashed potatoes
- grated cheese
See the recipe card below for quantities.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°c. Brown the mince, add the frozen vegetables and cook as per the instructions on the pie mix packet.
Step 2
Cut the top off each of the bread rolls remove a little of the filling.
Step 3
Fill each of the bread rolls to the top with the mince filling.
Step 4
Top each of the bread rolls with mashed potatoes.
Step 5
Add some grated cheese.
Step 6
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes until the cheese on top has browned.
Top Tip
Place the bread that you take out of the rolls on the tray and serve on the side.
