OK, let me put you onto something delicious… these mini cheesy garlic breads are an absolute game changer. 😍 They’re crunchy on the outside, soft and fluffy in the middle, and packed full of garlicky, cheesy goodness. The best part? They’re made using those cheap bake-at-home rolls you can grab from Woolies or Coles. 🙌🏻

I love making these on busy nights when I want something yummy on the side of pasta, soup or even just as a snack for the kids. They’re quick, easy, and taste like something straight out of a café.

Ingredients
- Bake-at-home rolls (the small 6-pack ones work perfectly)
- Garlic butter (store-bought or homemade if you’re fancy!)
- Grated cheese (cheddar, tasty, mozzarella, whatever you’ve got on hand)
Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (fan forced). Slice the rolls like a garlic bread (don’t cut all the way through).

Step 2
Spread garlic butter inside each cut, making sure you get right in there.
Step 3
Add a sprinkle (or a heap) of cheese into each slice.
Step 4
Pop them in the oven on a tray for about 10 minutes or until golden and crispy. Serve warm!
You can easily double the batch and keep extras in the fridge to reheat the next day (if there’s any left, that is 😅). They’re also a hit in lunchboxes or as a cheeky afternoon snack.
Top Tip
Add some sweet chilli sauce to the mini garlic breads before you bake them!
