    Dubai Chocolate Tarts


    Okay friends, these little Dubai Chocolate Tarts are a whole vibe. They’re crunchy, creamy, chocolatey, and the best part? They look super fancy, but are ridiculously easy to make. 🙌

    Dubai Chocolate Tarts - Oh So Busy Mum

    Think: crunchy kataifi pastry, creamy pistachio spread, and creamy melted chocolate all together into a tart shell. They’re fancy enough for Christmas or easy enough for a sneaky little snack.

    You can totally turn this into one big tart if you’re feeding a crowd or want to serve up something extra fancy

    Ingredients

    • pre-made tart shells
    • kataifi pastry, chopped up
    • pistachio spread
    • melted chocolate
    • optional chopped pistachios

    Instructions

    Dubai Chocolate Tarts - Oh So Busy Mum

    Step 1
    Cut up kataifi pastry using a knife or food processor.

    Step 2
    Pop the cut up kataifi pastry on a lined baking tray and bake it at 180°C for 10 minutes until it’s golden and crunchy.

    Step 3
    In a bowl, mix together the roasted kataifi pastry and pistachio spread

    Step 4
    Take the pre-made tart shells and spoon in the mix.

    Step 5
    Melt the chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 10 seconds until melted.

    Step 6
    Spoon the melted chocolate over the top.

    Step 7
    Sprinkle with a little chopped pistachios.

    Step 8
    Pop in the fridge to set for 20 minutes and serve.

    ✨Top Tip

    Toast a little extra kataifi pastry and keep it aside, and then sprinkle it over the top instead of chopped pistachios.

    Storage

    Good for 2-3 days in the fridge, stored in an airtight container.
