Okay friends, these little Dubai Chocolate Tarts are a whole vibe. They’re crunchy, creamy, chocolatey, and the best part? They look super fancy, but are ridiculously easy to make. 🙌
Cut up kataifi pastry using a knife or food processor.
Pop the cut up kataifi pastry on a lined baking tray and bake it at 180°C for 10 minutes until it’s golden and crunchy.
In a bowl, mix together the roasted kataifi pastry and pistachio spread
Take the pre-made tart shells and spoon in the mix.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 10 seconds until melted.
Spoon the melted chocolate over the top.
Sprinkle with a little chopped pistachios.
Pop in the fridge to set for 20 minutes and serve.
