Ingredients
  

  • 6 pre-made tart shells
  • 1 cup kataifi pastry chopped up
  • 3 tablespoons pistachio spread
  • ½ cup melted chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios optional

Instructions
 

  • Cut up kataifi pastry using a knife or food processor.
  • Pop the cut up kataifi pastry on a lined baking tray and bake it at 180°C for 10 minutes until it’s golden and crunchy.
  • In a bowl, mix together the roasted kataifi pastry and pistachio spread
  • Take the pre-made tart shells and spoon in the mix.
  • Melt the chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 10 seconds until melted.
  • Spoon the melted chocolate over the top.
  • Sprinkle with a little chopped pistachios.
  • Pop in the fridge to set for 20 minutes and serve.
