Think s'mores but savoury with salty Jatz crackers, salami and melted camembert cheese! The combos for savoury s'mores are endless, and you can make a bulk batch using the oven.

These savoury s'mores make a perfect appetiser if entertaining or just as a snack. A few people have mentioned adding caramelised onion, rocket or hot honey, which I think would be delicious.

Ingredients
- Crackers (I used Jatz)
- Salami
- Camembert cheese

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°c and line a baking tray with baking paper.

Step 2
Lay out the crackers on the tray and add a piece of salami to each cracker.
Step 3
Slice the camembert and add a piece to each of the crackers.
Step 4
Place in the oven for 8 minutes.
Step 5
Remove from the oven once the cheese has melted.
Step 6
Serve while warm.
Top Tip
Add some extra toppings like onion, hot honey or rocket for extra flavour!
