    Italian Pasta Salad

Talk about easy! This salad is super easy to make using just a few ingredients. It's my "go-to" salad that I take along when I need to bring a plate or a salad to a get-together. Everyone asks for the recipe and how to make it when they try it, it's that good!

It also makes a tasty salad to serve at Christmas! It goes perfectly with cooked meats (like my BBQ glazed Ham) and other salads especially on warm days when you don't want to serve hot foods.

    What you'll need

    • ½ packet spiral pasta
    • 200 grams salami (I used mild danish, but you could use any you like)
    • 200 grams diced feta
    • ½ cucumber
    • ½ capsicum
    • 100 grams black olives (You could use any olives you like)
    • ½ red onion
    • 1 cup Italian dressing

    How to make

    1. Cook the pasta as per instructions on the packet and place it in the fridge to cool completely.
    2. Slice salami, feta, cucumber, and capsicum.
    3. Toss all ingredients through pasta in a large bowl.
    4. Add Italian dressing and mix through.
    5. Serve cold.
