I’ve had so many messages asking about what we did on our Orlando trip, so I thought I’d pop it all here in one place. 💛

Here’s the breakdown:
- 7 days at Disney World (we stayed at Disney's All Stars Music Resort and Drury Plaza)
- 5 day Bahamas Cruise (we sailed on the Utopia of the seas)
- 2 days at Universal Studios (we stayed on site at Loews Portofino Bay Hotel)
- 5 days exploring Orlando (we stayed at the Grove Resort)

We had a hire car that I booked via KLOOK using the code BUSYMUMKLOOK for an extra 10% off. We picked this up from the airport and dropped it back there, saving us a lot of money on transfers and transport.
I also covered How much it cost to take my family of 5 to Disney World Here!

✨ Disney World – 7 Days
We had 7-day Park Hopper tickets and spent the full week at the parks. Honestly, it was the perfect amount of time—we got to see everything we wanted (and then some!) thanks to early entry and using Lightning Lanes.
We did move halfway through to an off-site hotel, but next time we’d definitely just stay onsite the whole time—it made a big difference!
🚢 Bahamas Cruise – 5 Days
This was a dream! One of the big reasons for the trip was to hop on Royal Caribbean’s newest ship, Utopia of the Seas. It was such a highlight! We visited their private island, CocoCay, and it was absolutely amazing. Definitely one of the top moments of the trip.
🎢 Universal Studios – 2 Days
We stayed onsite at a Premier Resort so we could get the Express Unlimited Passes for free—SO worth it! We packed everything into those two days and had the best time.
🌴 Orlando – 5 Days
We did a day trip to NASA, and if I’m honest… we were kind of over it pretty quickly 😅 The heat didn’t help, and unless you’re super into space stuff, I’d probably skip it (it was pricey too!).
Now for one of the biggest highlights… Buc-ee’s! 🤠 I’d seen it all over TikTok, so we had to check it out. The snacks were next-level and the merch was so cute—we came home with more than we planned 😆
And of course, we made time for shopping 🛍️ We hit up the outlets, a few big malls, and stores like Target, TJMaxx, and more
🍔 Food was a big part of the trip too (we’re massive foodies). We tried all the American staples like Raising Cane’s, Cheesecake Factory, Denny’s, Chick‑fil‑A, Panda Express, Olive Garden, and a few others we’d seen online.
Let me know if you want any tips or more details! I’m happy to share! 😊
