100gramsfrozen spinachmicrowave 1 minute + drain well
½packetfrench onion soup mix
½blockcream cheese110 grams
½tubsour cream
½cupgrated cheese for top
Instructions
Bacon and cheese flavour
Fry up the onion, garlic and bacon until golden. Stir through the sour cream and cream cheese. Spoon into one side of the cob and sprinkle cheese on top.
Spinach flavour
Cook spinach + soup mix for a minute, then stir in cream cheese and sour cream. Spoon into the other side of the cob and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 180°C for around 15 minutes or until the cheese on top is golden brown.
