Wait until you try these incredible fish tacos with the BEST mild sauce! With tender fish fillets that you can bake or fry, stuffed in a soft taco with some fresh salad ingredients and topped with a tasty sauce.
2cupscoleslaw mix and red onions (or salads of choice)
100gramsfeta
4tablespoonscorianderchopped
2tablespoonsolive oil
sliced lime to serve
Sauce
1 teaspoongarlic powder
⅓ cupkewpie mayonnaise
½cupsour cream
1teaspoonsriracha sauce
2teaspoonslime juice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°c or fry pan/grill to a medium high heat.
Combine the paprika, cumin, salt and pepper together in a small bowl. Cover both sides of the fish with olive oil and sprinkle the seasoning over the fish.
Grill the fish in the oven, frypan or BBQ for 5 minutes on each side until cooked through (if cooking in the oven, you don't need to flip it).
While the fish is cooking, start making the sauce. Mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, sriracha and lime juice together to make the sauce.
Assemble the soft tacos together by adding the cooked fish and coleslaw mix and top with feta and the homemade sauce.
