Using a large flat baking tray, spray it with olive oil to stop the food from sticking.
Lay out sausages and chopped vegetables on the baking tray.
Drizzle with olive oil and add seasoning.
Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes when all vegetables and sausages have cooked through. I don't flip or turn anything, but feel free to do this halfway if you like.
Serve with instant gravy on the side.
