Oh So Busy Mum
Every Easter, I make a batch of these Easy Easter Chocolate Bird Nests. They only take a few minutes to make and use just three ingredients. They are so easy to make, and even the kids can make them.

Total Time 32 minutes
Servings 8 nests

Ingredients

  • 200 grams milk chocolate
  • 1 packet Chang's fried noodles
  • 1 packet Cadbury mini eggs

Instructions

  • Break off the pieces of chocolate and place them in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 10-second increments, stirring each time until the chocolate is all melted. Mix in the noodles and stir well.
  • Spoon the mixture onto a lined tray and flatten it slightly. Add the mini eggs straight away to the middle of each of the nests.
  • Place in the fridge or freezer for 30 minutes. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days or 3 months in the freezer.

Notes

Some people like to add 2 tablespoons of peanut butter to these, but I like to use just the chocolate. You could always keep half the mixture of plain chocolate and add a tablespoon of peanut butter to half of the mixture so you have a few of each.
