Servings 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ cup coconut milk or regular full cream milk (I prefer to use coconut milk)
  • 1 teaspoon Honey to sweeten
  • Fresh fruit or nuts to top

Instructions

  • Mix chia seeds with the milk and stir through the honey.
  • Spoon the mixture into a container or glass jar and allow to set in the fridge for at least 3 hours (overnight is best).
  • Top with fruit or nuts prior to serving.
  • The chia seed puddings can be stored in the fridge for 2 – 3 days. The fruit topping is best added fresh prior to serving.
