½cupcoconut milk or regular full cream milk (I prefer to use coconut milk)
1teaspoonHoney to sweeten
Fresh fruit or nuts to top
Instructions
Mix chia seeds with the milk and stir through the honey.
Spoon the mixture into a container or glass jar and allow to set in the fridge for at least 3 hours (overnight is best).
Top with fruit or nuts prior to serving.
The chia seed puddings can be stored in the fridge for 2 – 3 days. The fruit topping is best added fresh prior to serving.
