These Crispy Baked Parmesan Chicken Breasts are juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside! Did I mention they are super easy to make? You only need a few ingredients and they can be cooked in the air fryer or oven.
4chicken breastsYou can flatten these out slightly with a rolling pin to help with the cooking time.
1cupmayonnaise
1teaspoonpaprikasmoked
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoononion powder
½ teaspoonsalt and pepper
2cupspanko bread crumbs
1cup parmesan cheesefinely grated
1tablespoon olive oil spray
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200°c and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Combine mayonnaise, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and salt/pepper in a bowl.
Mix together finely grated parmesan cheese and panko breadcrumbs in a separate shallow dish.
Dip chicken breast in the mayonnaise and then coat in breadcrumbs. Lay the chicken breast out on the baking tray and spray each chicken breast with the oil.
Place in oven and bake at 200°c for 30 - 35 minutes until the chicken breasts have cooked through.
Notes
Cut a chicken breast in half to ensure it's completely cooked through, and serve.
