You know my viral SOFT DRINK cupcake hack, right? The one that’s so simple it almost feels like cheating – but it actually works every single time!

1 Vanilla cake mix I use the Woolies one 1 cup Raspberry Fanta or any raspberry soft drink
Preheat your oven to 180°C (fan-forced) and line a cupcake tray or cake tin with cases or baking paper.
Mix it up: Combine the cake mix and 1 cup of raspberry Fanta in a bowl. Stir until smooth and well combined.
Bake: Pour the mixture into your tray or tin and bake for 10–15 minutes (for cupcakes) or 20–25 minutes (for a whole cake), until cooked through.
Cool and serve: Let it cool slightly before serving, or enjoy warm for extra deliciousness!
