Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams mince (chicken, pork or turkey)
  • 1 bag coleslaw mix
  • 2 cloves garlic 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste

Sauce

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 3 teaspoon hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions
 

  • Brown mince in a frypan on a medium heat until cooked. Drain if needed.
  • Add garlic and ginger paste and brown for 1 minute.
  • Add coleslaw mix and sauce. Stir though and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Serve on top of rice.

Notes

Serve with rice topped with shallots and sesame seeds.
