Add a dash of olive oil to a pan on a medium heat and fry off bacon until browned.
Add zucchini, garlic and stock cubes, and cook for 3 minutes.
Add cream and simmer until thickened (around 5 minutes)
Add creamy sauce to the drained cooked pasta and stir through baby spinach leaves.
Serve! You can top it with cheese for some extra flavour.
