Ingredients
  

  • 1 packet pasta 300-400 grams
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons vegemite you can adjust this for taste
  • 1 cup grated cheese

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta as per instructions on the packet.
  • Once the pasta has cooked, drain it and remove it from heat.
  • Melt the butter and vegemite in the microwave for 20 seconds, stirring halfway. The vegemite won’t completely mix with the butter, but warming it first makes it easier to mix through the pasta.
  • Mix the butter, vegemite and cheese through the pasta while it’s still hot.
  • Serve!

Notes

This cheesy vegemite pasta is best eaten fresh but can be stored for up to 3 days in the fridge.
