Combine all meatball ingredients together in a large bowl. Roll into tablespoon sized balls and place on a lined baking tray.
Place meatballs in the oven on 200°c for around 25 minutes or until cooked through. You will need to turn these a few times so that they cook and brown evenly.
Sauce
In a saucepan over a medium heat, melt butter until it starts to simmer (starts bubbling), and whisk in plain flour.
Slowly add beef stock while whisking until sauce thickens. Add Cream, soy sauce, mustard and simmer for 5 minutes until thick and creamy.
Once meatballs have cooked, top them in the sauce and serve with greens, mashed potatoes.
Notes
Meatballs can be stored in the fridge for 2 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
