In a large bowl, combine the mince and all of the spices.
Divide the mince into 8 equal round patty sizes of around 1cm thick. You will want to make the patties larger than your bun size as they will shrink once cooked. Push a thumb mark down in the middle of each raw patty to stop it from puffing up when cooking.
Place burgers on the grill, frypan or BBQ and cook the burgers for about 4-5 minutes on each side until the meat has fully cooked. Add a slice of cheese to each burger patty in the last minute of cooking to make the perfect burger with melted cheese.
Serve on your favourite burger buns with toppings!
