These Homemade Gummy Lollies, with only three ingredients, are so easy to make!
I purchased the flower moulds from Kmart for only $2 - they have a heap of different ones to pick from. I've also seen some fun moulds like robots, Lego and other shapes on my Lunch Box Ideas Australia Facebook Group from eBay for only a few dollars.
The finished gummy lollies will set firm, like gummy bears, and seem to hold up well in the lunch box.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons gelatine
- ½ cup water
- 1 packet jelly crystals (any flavour)
- mould
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave for 30 seconds and mix well.
- Pour into the mould and let set in the fridge for 1 hour.
I told you they were easy to make!

How long do they last.
Do they have to be stored in the fridge

Are they sticky? do they need to be dusted in cornflour? how long do they keep? are they comparable to snakes etc?

Great Recipe i just suggest to put 1.5 tablespoons of gelatine intead of 2, but is good either way😃
jade
Why? Is 1.5 less hard and chewy? 🙂

Hi! I don't own a microwave! What do I do? Also how do I get them out of the mould?
Kylie Stow
U could double boil the gelatin mix. The silicone molds are flexible just push it out from underneath.

Why about Gelatin sheets can you use them

What shall I change if I want to make them more chewy? My first batch came out a bit soft. Are they just 9g sachets of jelly that you use?
Renee
85g jelly crystals is what i use
